Where the website allows visitors to place an order for a service, product, or participation in an activity offered by Bukuge, the following process applies:

  1. The visitor selects the desired service or item and provides the requested information (such as contact details and preferences).
  2. The order is submitted through the website's order form or by direct contact via email or phone.

No order is considered accepted until confirmation has been sent by Bukuge.

3. Prices, Payment and Inclusions

All prices displayed on the website are stated in Polish złoty (PLN) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Bukuge reserves the right to change prices at any time, provided that any changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Consumers who conclude a contract with Bukuge remotely (via the website, email, or phone) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Act on Consumer Rights. To exercise this right, the consumer must inform Bukuge of the decision to withdraw by a clear statement sent to [email protected].
